About this opportunity

Air Combat Command's 55th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit a firm fixed price blanket purchase agreement for AWS cloud service provider credits supporting the 16th Weather Squadron, with responses due June 10, 2026. The procurement is set aside for total small business and carries a competitive brand name requirement for a certified AWS reseller, though offerors may submit alternate "equal to" proposals.

The contractor must hold Amazon Partner Status for Resale and provide CSP credits at pass-through rates equivalent to $1.00 USD per commercial list price credit, with negotiated discounts applied across the contract lifetime. The company must deliver DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide Impact Level 6 capabilities in US Government-only regions and up to Impact Level 4 in those regions, with unrestricted access to all AWS services and AWS Marketplace features. The contractor must provide government root credentials and two-factor authentication hardware tokens for all accounts, deliver 24/7 real-time credit usage monitoring with automated alerts at 75% (cautionary) and 85% (critical) thresholds, and support AWS Well-Architected Framework multi-account solutions across all available AWS geographic regions.

The contractor must establish initial service delivery within 45 days of contract award. Credits expire 12 months from purchase date; the government incurs no charges for unused credits. Monthly reporting is required detailing credit purchases and cost allocation. Government Purchase Card transactions up to $25,000 are authorized under pre-negotiated rates; larger orders require formal delivery orders.

Interested vendors should submit capabilities packages or letters of interest to Casey Hupton (casey.hupton.1@us.af.mil) and TSgt Jennifer Prestridge (jennifer.prestridge.1@us.af.mil).
