While no specific budget range or award value is disclosed in the solicitation, the requirement is for supply only on a firm-fixed-price basis, with the offeror responsible for indicating all additional costs including shipping. The equipment must be delivered to the FCI McKean Warehouse located at 6975 Route 59, Lewis Run, Pennsylvania 16738, approximately 15 miles south of Bradford, with delivery on an FOB destination basis. An amendment issued on April 9, 2026 provided a Questions and Answers document clarifying technical specifications regarding boiler water pressure (48 psi), domestic water flow (minimum 40 GPM), and boiler water flow (205 GPM on the shell side).
