Construction is estimated at approximately 545 days (18 months). Place of performance is Fort Wayne, Indiana. The notice has been renewed due to delays in the final phase of design; contractors who submitted responses to the original or first-updated notice need not resubmit unless relevant information on their Sources Sought Response Form has changed. This is market research only and not a solicitation; non-response does not preclude participation in any future solicitation.
