About this opportunity

This combined synopsis and solicitation from the Federal Emergency Management Agency seeks proposals for one hundred (100) travel trailers between twenty (20) to twenty-five (25) feet in length. This combined synopsis.solicitation is ammended to make the following changes:

1. The combined synopsis/solicitation document has been corrected to reflect the proposal due date of 12:00pm, January 24, 2022.

2. The requirement for sleeping areas to be partitioned off from living areas via a door or curtain has been been removed from the SOW.

3. The requirement for units to have 2 propane tanks has been removed from the SOW.

1.  Travel Trailers are no longer required to have double axles.  Single axle trailers are acceptable.

2. Travel Trailers are required to have minimum 30 AMP electrical service and 1 HVAC.

3. Length is defined as being measured from the front of the tongue to the rear of the bumper

4. Additional delivery requirements have been detailed on page 3 of the SOW.

5. The due date and time for questions is changed to 5:00pm on Thursday 1/20/2022.  The due date and time for proposals has not changed.

The revised combined synopsis/solicitation have been attached to this notice, along with the revised SOW.  Changes made have been highlighted and placed in red text for ease of review.
