1. Reference the delivery of these trailers, is the 60-days a hard delivery date? Yes

2. Are the trailers being measured by the box length, the number stated on the side of the door or the full length of the trailer? Please see amended solicitation which states: •

Length is measured from the front of the tongue to the rear of the bumper

3. Also is there any way to have single axle trailers in this bid? Please see amended solicitation which states: The travel trailers shall have the following requirements: •

Have single axle

4. Is there a preference of how many 20ft vs 21 ft vs 22ft vs 23ft vs 24ft and 25ft trailers

FEMA prefers for this solicitation? Preference is 25ft travel trailers

5. Is there a chance for a need of more than 100 travel trailers within 60 days? FEMA posts all requirements on SAM.gov as the requirements become known

6. If we supply 100 within 5-7 days, is there any sort of upside or premium paid by FEMA?

Please see the amended solicitation which states: Factor 2 – Travel Trailer Technical

Requirements: The Government will assess the Offeror’s Technical Proposal to ensure that it meets or exceeds the minimum technical requirements outlined in

Attachment 1 - Statement of Work (SOW) and the Request for Proposal. Offerors who meet or exceed the minimum technical requirements, including the delivery schedule, will be deemed “Technically Acceptable.”

7. Does the FFP mean that FEMA would like us to send a transportation included price?

FFP means Firm Fixed Price. In the subject solicitation all costs including delivery are included. The awarded contract will be Freight-On-Board (FOB) Destination.

8. Or separate our cost of the travel trailer and its transportation cost to the FEMA site? See

9. Do we title the trailers in FEMA's name? Yes, or please sign the title to FEMA or the

Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)

12. How quickly are you looking to award an order after submission? As quickly as possible.

13. Are partnerships/joint ventures acceptable where one partner is the dealer license holder, or would the license have to be in the partnership/joint venture’s name? The license holder shall be the named party under whom the contract will be awarded to and additionally, must be registered in SAM.gov
