Place of performance is Houston, Texas 77058. The tractor must feature a minimum 30-horsepower liquid-cooled engine rated for continuous 30-degree slope operation in all directions, all-wheel drive, dual-wheel system, automated slope-sensing warning system, inflatable tires, and Rollover Protective Structure with operator canopy. The system must accommodate three hydraulically driven implements: a rotating power rake with 70 replaceable carbide tips for breaking crust and tilling to 1–4 inch depths, a landscape rake with hydraulic height and angle adjustment, and a front-mounted material handling loader with minimum 0.5 cubic yard capacity. Required accessories include dual-wheel kit, counterbalance weights (minimum 250 lbs), brush guard, and operator canopy with fan. Delivery must occur fully assembled and operational within 15 calendar days after receipt of order, no later than July 15.
Maintenance services include four on-site preventative maintenance visits by manufacturer-certified technicians during the warranty period, each with up to two hours labor and travel at no additional cost, on-site operator training (minimum two hours), phone and email technical support, and pickup and delivery service for shop repairs. Contractor must maintain a service facility within 50 miles of Johnson Space Center. Warranty covers minimum two years on tractor and implements and three years on engine, with all warranty services provided at no cost to the Government.
