Retaining Wall Replacement
The Town of Luther, Oklahoma is requesting sealed bids for retaining wall replacement at 8455 N. Indian Meridian Road, Coyle, Oklahoma under project CVE26-031, with bids due August 3, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The scope comprises seven line items: mobilization, erosion and sediment control, removal of the existing retaining wall, tree stump removal (five stumps at unit price), retaining wall reconstruction, site regrading, and topsoil, seed, and mulch installation. All items except stump removal are specified as lump sum. Site visits during normal working hours are mandatory; no pre-bid conference will be held. All bidders must register as plan holders at www.civcastusa.com and acknowledge receipt of all addenda. Bid security of five percent of the bid amount in the form of a certified check or bid bond is required with submission. The successful bidder must execute the contract and furnish construction, maintenance, payment, and statutory bonds totaling 100 percent of the contract price from a corporate surety licensed in Oklahoma within 15 days of Notice of Award. Work must commence within 10 calendar days of Notice to Proceed. Bids submitted earlier than 96 hours before opening or after the designated time will be rejected. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder within 30 calendar days of bid opening. The owner retains authority to reject any or all bids and waive minor irregularities. Bids remain valid for 30 days following opening. Bidders must provide evidence of authorization to conduct business in Oklahoma, non-collusion and business relationship affidavits, and identify all proposed subcontractors within one business day after bid opening.
