The work includes modifications to Conference Rooms 587, 558, and 327, plus supporting office spaces (561, 562) to accommodate two new county commissioners and relocated conference functionality. The project encompasses selective demolition, structural modifications, new partitions using non-structural steel framing, gypsum board finishes, resilient flooring (LVT tile and carpet tile), interior painting, door hardware installations, glazing, mechanical and electrical systems, fire suppression updates, and extensive finishing work. The sealed bid submission deadline is November 25, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. EST via the OpenGov e-Procurement Platform, with questions due by November 4, 2025. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 23, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. via Microsoft Teams.
