Center – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, 21005 is conducting a Market Survey to identify potential sources for procurement of systems engineering and technical assistance services in support of various radar programs, such as

Counterfire Target Acquisition (CTA) and airborne Moving Target Indicator (MTI) and Synthetic

Aperture Radar (SAR), that operate under the Radar Division (RD).

The U.S. Army DEVCOM, C5ISR Center, RD intends for its subject matter experts to review submissions to gain knowledge of industry technology and capabilities. Proprietary information should be clearly marked. The requested information is for planning and market research purposes only and will not be publicly released. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.

Background and Description:

This RFI by the U.S. Army seeks to identify sources to provide the requisite engineering services and technical support in the areas of program management, systems engineering, modeling and simulation, development, testing, analysis, and performance evaluations and assessments necessary for C5ISR RD to meet its mission and customer needs. This RFI seeks to award a single contract to provide these services to support various radar programs including

CTA and airborne MTI and SAR. The objective is to provide C5ISR RD with capabilities and on-site support focused on Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) of technologies and techniques which can affordably be inserted into existing and/or developmental ground based and airborne radar programs to improve performance, functionality, and survivability. The services to be provided by the offeror encompass a wide variety of program support for all elements of the acquisition cycle and the subsequent support of systems in the field.

The offeror should indicate interest and expertise in areas such as radar systems engineering, radar signal processing, target classification, Electronic Warfare (EA/EP), EMI/EMC, radar modeling and simulation, radar tracking, and SME support for Army radar systems.

This RFI is related to Broad Agency Announcement W56KGU-23-R-RTID: GFA-03 – Radar

Applications, GFC-01 – Next Generation Fires Radar Technologies, and GFB-03 – Radar
