Question
Answer
The RFI asks us to “Describe your company’s ability to provide cost containment strategies through changes in industry through data and claims analysis.” To what does the phrase “through changes in industry” refer? Can the government re-phrase or provide an example?
How does the vendor keep up with the industry changes and technologies or practices or innovation? How would the vendor ensure that the changes will be cost effective?

For example, a new FWA application is available and could detect additional elements with real-time notification to multiple parties involved. The new feature is adopted with no additional cost to the government. The vendor should be able to proactively identify budget and transfer expenses for the old system to cover for the new system or get additional feature from having no cost for the new system.

The government is always looking for ways to save cost and improve efficiency.
