About this file
The document is a Certifications and Assurances form required to be submitted with a proposal for a state and local contract opportunity in Washington. The contract opportunity is for the procurement of a Pfeiffer HiPace 700 Turbo pump and accessories, with the jurisdictions involved including various counties and cities within the state of Washington. The form requires the proposer to certify the accuracy of their proposal, the independence of their pricing, their compliance with state wage laws, and their acceptance of the contract terms and conditions. The proposal must remain valid for 180 days, and the University will not reimburse the proposer for costs incurred in preparing the proposal.
The document does not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient commercial information. It focuses solely on the certifications and assurances required from the proposer as part of the solicitation process.
