About this file

This memorandum announces a construction solicitation to repair an arroyo crossing bridge and roadway at White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico. The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract awarded to a historically underutilized small business zone contractor. The contract value is estimated between $1 million to $5 million. The work includes removing and replacing an existing bridge, concrete lined channels, and reconstructing Owen Road. The performance period is 300 calendar days from award. The solicitation was issued by the Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Bliss on behalf of the Army Directorate of Public Works at White Sands Missile Range. Bids must be submitted to the contracting officers by the specified due date.
