Statement of Need

Filter Replacement of Donaldson Torit Dust Collector

McConnell AFB, Kansas

1. Overview

1.1 The 22nd FSS / FSWT requires a filter replacement for the wood shop dust collector system due to a hole in our current filters.

2. Description

2.1 The contractor shall replace all filters as well as the following:

2.1.1 Remove the existing filters and discard old filters offline.

2.1.2 Inspect and prepare the area for the new filters.

2.1.3 Report any damage or issues to the facility director.

2.1.4 Install the new filters and test run the equipment as needed.

2.1.5 Must provide lift equipment to reach filters

3. Warranty

3.1 The contractor shall provide a minimum of 1 year warranty for each filter. Any defect that is not caused by government damage or misuse shall be replaced by the contractor at no cost to the government.

4. Delivery

4.1 The contractor shall complete delivery of each line item no later than 60 calendar days after receipt of the order.
