This solicitation is not for window replacement – this solicitation is for Window Treatments. There are no mandatory meetings or required site visits for submitting a bid. Field measurements will be required once a contract is awarded.

Question:
The listing of window treatments on pages 1 and 2 is different (# of treatments, sizes, and quantities) than what is shown on the blueprint on page 4. It seems that the blueprint is more accurate and what we should follow, but just want to confirm.

As stated in the descriptions please price based on window size 7”0” x 10’0” for WT-1, WT-3 and WT-4 types of treatment. Field measurements will be taken for accurate ordering measurements. Updates have been made on the Updated RFQ for amount of windows to be included. The number of windows may change during field measuring.

Response:
You may bid using equal products but should provide specs showing the products are of equal quality.

Question:
WT-2 How many panels are required for this very large window?
Response:
Please bid depending on how many panels your company would make for this window. We understand it will take more than one panel. If you are bidding using fabric other than the specified Purekimbo Gull please include that information as well.
