About this file

This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by SUNY Erie Community College for Web Based Emotional Health Telehealth Services. The RFP seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive web-based mental health support platform for students, with proposals due on 08/28/2024. The contract term is set for one year, from November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2025, with potential extensions for up to four additional one-year periods. The platform must offer 24/7 access to licensed mental health clinicians through multiple connection modes including text therapy, teletherapy appointments, web portal, and online chat, with capabilities for mood tracking, resource provision, and referrals to on-campus and community resources.

The RFP outlines specific requirements for the telehealth service, including a minimum of five years of similar service experience, monthly reporting on service utilization and student satisfaction, and a platform compatible with Windows, Apple, and Google operating systems. The evaluation criteria will weigh factors such as ability to meet departmental needs (10%), experience (20%), professional qualifications (20%), approach and methodology (15%), references (10%), work samples (10%), and cost (15%). While specific pricing is not detailed in the document, the RFP indicates that proposers must clearly itemize all potential costs, including hourly rates and any ancillary expenses, with the goal of supporting students' academic needs by improving their mental health and overall well-being.
