About this file
This document is a PowerPoint presentation for a Bidders' Conference held on March 18, 2021 by the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS) for the Wrentham Developmental Center (WDC) Habilitative Services Request for Response (RFR). The RFR seeks providers to deliver habilitative services to the WDC, which is a state-operated residential facility serving 195 adults with intellectual disabilities. The presentation provides an overview of the WDC facility, its resident population, and the scope of services required, which includes nursing, psychology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and other habilitative support. The RFR has a bid opening date of April 1, 2021 at 2 PM, with a deadline for submitting required forms by May 3, 2021. Providers who have not done business with the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) must submit specific signed forms to the Regional Business Manager.
The presentation does not provide details on pricing, set-asides, incumbents, or funding amounts and sources. It focuses on the facility overview and service requirements. Interested providers must be registered in COMMBUYS, the Massachusetts state procurement portal, to submit their responses electronically by the deadlines provided.
