The document also includes special provisions for computer professionals, air traffic controllers and weather observers with night pay and Sunday differentials, hazardous pay differentials ranging from 4 to 8 percent, uniform allowances at $1.35 per week, vacation accrual schedules, and twelve paid holidays annually. Computer programmer and systems analyst positions contain footnoted exemptions based on compensation requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
