This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division. The document establishes prevailing wage rates for service contract employees in Alaska counties including Aleutians East, Aleutians West, Bethel, Bristol Bay, Denali, Dillingham, Kenai Peninsula, Ketchikan Gateway, Kodiak Island, Lake and Peninsula, Matanuska-Susitna, Nome, North Slope, Northwest Arctic, Peninsula, Southeast Fairbanks, and Yukon-Koyukuk.
The wage determination (No. 2015-5687, Revision 29, effective 5/14/2026) lists hourly rates for over 250 occupational classifications ranging from $12.55 to $77.08 per hour across multiple occupational categories including administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, health occupations, information technology, instructional occupations, machine tool operation, mechanics and maintenance, protective service, and technical occupations. All listed occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours per week or $222.00 weekly/$962.00 monthly) or $5.09 per hour for certain positions covered by Executive Order 13780. Additionally, employees are entitled to two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, a minimum of twelve paid holidays per year, and specific differentials apply for hazardous work (8% and 4% depending on hazard level), night/Sunday work (10% premium), and computer professional positions meeting exemption criteria under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
