About this file

This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division. The document (Wage Determination No. 2015-5513, Revision 27, effective December 3, 2025) establishes prevailing wage rates for service contract employees in Idaho counties including Adams, Elmore, Payette, Valley, and Washington.

The wage determination covers 99 occupation codes and corresponding hourly rates ranging from $11.90 to $58.25 per hour. Key occupational categories include Administrative Support and Clerical Occupations (rates $13.15–$27.64), Automotive Service Occupations ($16.82–$23.29), Health Occupations ($13.18–$47.39), Information Technology Occupations ($16.67–$25.59), and Mechanics and Maintenance Occupations ($17.94–$35.55). All listed occupations require fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (or $222 weekly/$962 monthly) for Health & Welfare, with an alternative rate of $5.09 per hour available for SCA-covered contracts also covered by Executive Order 13706. Additional benefits include two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after five years, and four weeks after 15 years, plus a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually. Special provisions apply to computer professionals, air traffic controllers, weather observers, and positions involving hazardous materials (8 percent differential for high hazard, 4 percent for low hazard). The determination includes conformance procedures requiring contractors to submit SF-1444 forms for unlisted job classifications and obtain Department of Labor approval prior to employment of workers in those roles.
