About this file

This document is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division for New York counties including Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, and Wyoming. Wage Determination No. 2015-4179, Revision 32, dated December 3, 2025, establishes prevailing wage rates for service contract employees across multiple occupational categories. The wage determination lists over 200 occupation codes and titles with corresponding hourly rates ranging from $14.71 to $56.18. Major occupational groups include Administrative Support and Clerical Occupations (rates $15.27–$33.52/hour), Automotive Service Occupations (rates $18.03–$24.57/hour), Health Occupations (rates $13.95–$47.73/hour), Technical Occupations (rates $19.15–$44.40/hour), and Transportation/Mobile Equipment Operation Occupations (rates $14.71–$37.05/hour). Computer-related positions include notes restricting application to exempt computer professionals meeting specific criteria under 29 CFR 541, with rates ranging from $19.41 to $29.79/hour. Air Traffic Controllers and Weather Observers receive night pay and Sunday pay differentials of 10 percent and 25 percent respectively for applicable shifts.

All employees covered by this wage determination receive fringe benefits totaling $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly, or $222.00 weekly/$962.00 monthly) for standard contracts, with an alternative rate of $5.09 per hour for SCA-covered contracts under Executive Order 13706. Employees also receive two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, increasing to three weeks after five years, four weeks after fifteen years, and five weeks after twenty-five years; a minimum of twelve paid holidays annually including New Year's Day through Christmas Day; and health and welfare benefits. Hazardous pay differentials of eight percent or four percent apply to positions involving ordnance, explosives, and incendiary materials. Uniform allowances of $3.35 per week or $0.67 per day apply when contractors are responsible for uniform maintenance. The document includes detailed guidance on requesting additional classification authorizations via Standard Form 1444 for positions not listed in the wage determination, with specific procedural requirements for contractor submissions and Wage and Hour Division review and approval processes.
