About this file

This document is a justification for other than full and open competition regarding a federal contract opportunity for video surveillance equipment components. The Bureau of Reclamation's Security Office in Lakewood, Colorado requires brand name video surveillance equipment components to support an existing security system. The components include cameras, servers, and software from a single manufacturer in order to maintain system compatibility. Market research identified multiple small businesses that can supply the required components commercially. The requirement will be set aside for small businesses and posted on SAM.gov with responses due by August 18, 2023. Price fairness will be determined by evaluating competitive quotes received from small businesses.
