About this file

This is a scope of work document from the Ohio Division of Wildlife's Senecaville State Fish Hatchery for waterline and water valve replacement services. The project requires the contractor to install approximately 300 feet of waterline, connecting from an existing water valve to a new water valve (to be supplied by the winning bidder), including excavation work and connection of a 2" waterline through existing 4" waterline. The work must maintain water service to an occupied residence throughout the project. Mandatory site visits are required between February 18th and March 13th by appointment only, with project completion required by June 30th, 2025.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on low lot total, which will be calculated by multiplying unit costs by estimated usage. Bidders must submit all invoices directly to Ohio Shared Services via email, fax, or mail. The winning bidder must locate underground utilities, provide the new water valve, and sign an Addendum to Bid Quote or Personal Services Agreement along with the Standard Affirmation & Disclosure Form through Ohio Buys.
