The machine must be factory-assembled and factory-tested prior to shipping, with a factory technician arriving on-site to assemble remaining components. The system requires 110VAC and 440-480VAC 3-phase 60 Hz power, 60 PSI compressed air supply, and water supply connections—all of which are available in-shop and will be disconnected from the existing unit and reconnected to the new unit. The contractor must protect all government and non-government property, restore any damaged areas to original condition, and remove debris. Work shall be performed Monday through Friday, 0730–1630, excluding weekends, federal holidays, and Air Force Global Strike Command down days, with potential for occasional work outside normal hours to minimize airfield operations impact.

Machine specifications include a minimum 100" × 55" X-Y cutting envelope, 8" Z-axis travel, ±0.0010" linear positional accuracy and repeatability, 180 in/min minimum travel speed, 30 hp direct-drive pump system with 60,000 PSI minimum capacity, 600 lb bulk abrasive delivery system, laser locating device, compact video camera with integrated controller software, Windows 10 64-bit controller, Ethernet capability, 2,200 lbs. initial garnet abrasive, and 12 seats of standalone controller software. The contractor must provide 4 days of on-site training for up to 5 students covering programming, operation, maintenance, and first pump rebuild.
