About this file
This is a Market Research survey document issued by the 377th Force Support Squadron at Kirtland Air Force Base to assess industry interest and capabilities for washer and dryer maintenance services. The Government seeks to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide on-call maintenance and repair services for approximately 165 washer and dryer units located in airmen dormitories, with 46 units (23 washers and 23 dryers) already replaced with new equipment. The survey requests vendors to provide detailed information on their capabilities, including estimated on-call rates per visit, standard turnaround times for repairs, common services and parts replacement practices, and overall feasibility of supporting a BPA arrangement.
Responses to the market research questionnaire must be submitted by May 20, 2026, at 1500 Mountain Daylight Time to Ms. Monique Mclaughlin (monique.mclaughlin.2@us.af.mil) and Ms. Julianne Indelicato (julianne.indelicato.1@us.af.mil). The survey also solicits feedback on requirement modifications to encourage vendor participation, BPA feasibility relative to commercial practices, and potential barriers to conducting business with Kirtland AFB. Interested parties are required to provide company information including CAGE code, NAICS code, employee count, SAM.GOV registration status, business size classification (small or large business), and ownership status. This market research is conducted under Pre-Solicitation Notice WASH-DRY-26 and does not constitute a commitment to award a contract or obligate the Government to reimburse response costs.
