About this file

This document is a proposal submission for engineering services to the Warren County Planning Board in New Jersey. The proposal outlines the provision of licensed professional engineering services to support the Planning Board's duties and responsibilities under the County Planning Act (NJSA 40:27-1 et seq.). The services encompass multiple specialized areas including survey preparation and interpretation showing existing site conditions, metes and bounds, drainage patterns, waterways, utility locations, and easements; preparation and review of site plans and subdivision plats with expertise in vegetation analysis, floodplain determination, and utility layout; traffic engineering services including traffic impact studies, signal warrant analyses, and roadway geometry review; and drainage system analysis and design. All responding firms and assigned licensed professional engineers must demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in each of these core service areas to meet the qualification requirements for this engagement.

The document establishes stringent experience requirements for both the responding firm and individual licensed professional engineers who would be assigned to the Warren County Planning Board. The proposal mechanism utilizes a Qualification Statement (QS) submission process rather than a traditional competitive bid structure, allowing qualified firms to demonstrate their expertise and capabilities to perform these specialized engineering services on a continuing basis as needed by the Planning Board. Specific pricing terms, contract duration, renewal options, and response deadlines are not detailed within this proposal excerpt.
