About this file

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) details requirements for a security and camera monitoring system for the Trinity River Island Recreation Area of the Wallisville Lake Project in Wallisville, TX. The project requires a comprehensive electronic security system including a 360-degree surveillance system with 4K resolution cameras, video storage capabilities, access control systems, intrusion detection, and fire detection for the Administration Building and Maintenance Bays.

Key technical requirements include establishing a server operation center to track access points, implementing cameras with color and night vision capabilities that can capture license plate and biometric details, installing personnel access control systems using CAC (Common Access Card) key controls, and creating intrusion and fire detection systems. The system must be standalone, using a Starlink satellite system, with all equipment manufactured in 2025 or newer. The contract includes a base year for installation and two service years for warranty work, system preventive maintenance, system updates, and camera inspections. Work will be conducted Monday-Friday during normal business hours, with the project contact being Daniel Hartman from the Houston Project Office.
