About this file

This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration for Oregon Counties of Clatsop and Tillamook (Wage Determination No. 2015-5577, Revision 30, effective 5/13/2026).

The document establishes prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits for service contract employees across numerous occupational classifications. Wage rates range from $14.42 to $66.14 per hour depending on job classification, with categories spanning administrative support, accounting, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, general services, health occupations, information technology, instructional occupations, laundry services, machine tool operation, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, technical occupations, and transportation. All occupations listed receive health and welfare benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours per week, $222.00 weekly, or $962.00 monthly) or alternatively $5.09 per hour under Executive Order 13786 ($283.60 weekly or $882.27 monthly). Employees are entitled to a minimum of two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after five years, and four weeks after 15 years, plus eleven paid holidays annually. Special pay differentials apply for night work (25% premium for air traffic controllers and weather observers) and hazardous duty (8% for high-hazard ordnance work and 4% for lower-hazard ordnance proximity work). Computer professionals meeting specific compensation thresholds may be classified as exempt. Uniforms are an employer expense unless employees receive reimbursement or a cost reduction equivalent to the wage rate differential. A conformance process using SF-1444 forms is required when unlisted occupational classifications are needed on service contracts.
