The document establishes prevailing wage rates for service contract employees in five Ohio counties: Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, and Medina (Wage Determination No. 2015-4727, Revision No. 30). The wage determination lists over 200 occupation codes with corresponding hourly rates ranging from approximately $12.55 to $49.05 per hour. Major occupational categories include administrative and clerical positions ($17.59-$32.97), automotive service occupations ($22.01-$24.72), food preparation and service ($14.32-$19.99), health occupations ($15.32-$48.37), information and arts occupations ($16.64-$41.53), mechanics and maintenance ($20.39-$41.33), technical occupations ($19.46-$48.59), and transportation and mobile equipment operation ($13.01-$37.36). The determination specifies that all listed occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours per week, $222.00 per week, or $962.00 per month), with an additional $5.89 per hour fringe benefit available under Executive Order 13706. Special provisions apply to computer employees, air traffic controllers, weather observers, hazardous materials workers, and uniform allowances. The wage rates and benefits apply to all contracts subject to the Service Contract Act awarded in the specified geographic area.
