The determination lists prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits required for 271 occupational classifications across nine major occupational categories: Administrative Support and Clerical; Automotive Service; Food Preparation and Service; Furniture Maintenance and Repair; General Services and Support; Health; Information and Arts; Information Technology; Instructional; Laundry and Related Services; Machine Tool Operation and Repair; Materials Handling and Packing; Mechanics and Maintenance and Repair; Protective Service; Recreation; Stevedoring/Longshoremen; and Technical Occupations. Hourly wage rates range from $12.55 (Waiter/Waitress) to $77.08 (Nuclear Medicine Technologist). All listed occupations receive the following fringe benefits: Health & Welfare at $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours per week or $222.00 weekly/$962.00 monthly), with an alternative rate of $5.09 per hour ($283.60 weekly/$1,882.27 monthly) applicable only for SCA-covered contracts under Executive Order 13706; two weeks paid vacation after one year of service; and a minimum of twelve paid holidays annually. Special pay differentials apply to certain positions including night/Sunday pay for air traffic controllers and weather observers (10% differential plus 25% Sunday premium), hazardous duty pay (8% and 4% differentials), and uniform allowances capped at $1.35 per week for maintenance costs. Computer professionals may be exempt from wage determination requirements if meeting specific compensation and duty criteria. Conformance procedures require contractors to submit proposed classifications and wage rates within 30 days of contract award for any unlisted occupations.
