Summary
This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division. Wage Determination No. 2015-4281 (Revision 35, effective 12/03/2025) applies to service contracts in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia, covering specific counties and the District of Columbia statewide. The document establishes prevailing wage rates for 290+ occupational classifications across administrative, automotive, food service, furniture maintenance, general services, health, information technology, instructional, laundry, machine tool operation, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant operations, protective services, recreation, technical, and transportation occupational categories.
All listed occupations receive mandatory fringe benefits including $5.55 per hour health and welfare (up to 40 hours/week or $222.00/week/$962.00/month), plus vacation (2 weeks after 1 year; 3 weeks after 5 years; 4 weeks after 15 years), and a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually. Specific occupations with special conditions include computer professionals (footnote 1) exempt under Fair Labor Standards Act Section 13(a)(1) and 13(a)(17) if meeting compensation thresholds of at least $684/week; air traffic controllers and weather observers (footnote 2) receiving night differential and Sunday pay premiums; and hazardous materials workers receiving 4-8 percent pay differentials. Uniform allowances are capped at $3.35/week reimbursement, and Executive Orders 13706 and 13658 requirements apply to covered contracts, with minimum wages adjusted annually.
