About this file
This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor's Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division, dated December 3, 2025 (Wage Determination No. 2015-5105, Revision 27).
The wage determination applies to Kansas and Missouri, covering specified counties in each state including Johnson, Leavenworth, Linn, Miami, and Wyandotte in Kansas, and Bates, Caldwell, Cass, Clay, Clinton, Jackson, Lafayette, Platte, and Ray in Missouri. The document establishes prevailing wage rates for service contract employees across numerous occupation categories spanning administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, general services, health occupations, information and arts, information technology, instructional occupations, laundry and dry-cleaning, machine tool operation, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant and system operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, technical, and transportation/mobile equipment operations. Wage rates range from approximately $13.65 to $48.01 per hour depending on occupation and experience level. All listed occupations receive fringe benefits including health and welfare contributions of $5.55 per hour (or $5.09 per hour for Executive Order 13706 covered contracts), vacation accrual of two to four weeks depending on tenure, and a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually. Special provisions address computer employee exemptions, air traffic controller and weather observer night and Sunday pay differentials, hazardous duty pay differentials of four to eight percent, and uniform allowances capped at $3.35 per week or $0.67 per day. The determination references conformance procedures requiring use of Standard Form 1444 for classifying unlisted occupations and includes Executive Order requirements for paid sick leave effective for contracts awarded on or after January 1, 2017.
