Employees are entitled to two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after eight years, and four weeks after 15 years of continuous service. A minimum of twelve paid holidays per year is required. Special provisions apply to Computer Employees (footnote 1), Air Traffic Controllers and Weather Observers (footnote 2), and positions involving hazardous materials, with differentials of 4 to 8 percent applicable. Uniform allowances and associated maintenance costs are the contractor's responsibility. The document includes procedures for contractor requests to authorize additional classifications and wage rates through Standard Form 1444.
