The document provides prevailing wage rates for federal service contracts in Maine counties, with Wage Determination No. 2015-4009, Revision 32, effective December 3, 2025.

The wage determination applies to Franklin, Kennebec, Knox, Lincoln, Oxford, Somerset, and Waldo counties in Maine. It establishes hourly wage rates for over 200 occupational classifications across multiple occupational categories including administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, general services, health occupations, information and arts, information technology, instructional occupations, laundry and dry-cleaning, machine tool operations, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant and system operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, technical, and transportation/mobile equipment operations. Wage rates range from $14.23 per hour for messenger couriers to $54.42 per hour for nuclear medicine technologists. All occupations listed receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour for health and welfare (up to 40 hours per week, $222.00 weekly, or $962.00 monthly), or an alternative rate of $5.09 per hour for employees covered by Executive Order 13706. Additionally, employees receive two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after ten years, and four weeks after fifteen years, plus a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually. Special provisions apply to computer employees, air traffic controllers, weather observers, and certain hazardous duty positions, with differential pay ranging from 4 percent to 8 percent. Uniform allowance requirements are also specified, with contractors required to furnish uniforms at no cost to employees or reimburse cleaning expenses at $3.35 per week.
