About this file
This is a Questions and Answers amendment document for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation. Amendment 01 provides official Government responses to three industry questions submitted during the solicitation phase for the procurement of compressed industrial, high purity, and specialty gases under SAM W91ZLK-26-Q-A011.
The Government confirmed it will repost the price schedule to include annual quantities for each line item to enable offerors to calculate extended totals during price evaluation. The estimate covers Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) and Pine Bluff Arsenal support laboratory. Regarding bulk nitrogen deliveries, the Government clarified that the 3,000-gallon bulk liquid nitrogen tank located at Building E3330 at APG is owned by Airgas, and recurring monthly bulk tank rental and maintenance fees have been incorporated into the proposal sheet. The Government also provided specific ship-to addresses for Alaska and Hawaii locations to enable full bidding: Fort Richardson, AK 99506; Fort Wainwright, AK 99703; Honolulu, HI 96819; and Schofield Barracks, HI 96857.

Amendment 01 For System for Award Management (SAM) W91ZLK-26-Q-A011 - Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Solicitation for the Procurement of
Compressed Industrial, High Purity, and Specialty Gases
Purpose: The purpose of Amendment 01 is to provide official Government responses to industry questions submitted during the solicitation phase.
Questions and Answers:
Question 01: Please let us know if the government can re-post the price schedule to include the annual quantities required for each line item. Quantities are necessary to compare offers and calculate extended totals from offerors to complete the price evaluation.
Answer: The Government can repost the price schedule to include the annual quantities for each of the line items on the price list. The estimate covers Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) and the Pine Bluff Arsenal support laboratory and was generated at a time of heavy project workload.
Question 02: Please confirm the address for the bulk nitrogen deliveries, tank size, and ownership. If deliveries are required to a bulk nitrogen contractor owned 3000-gallon bulk tank that includes telemetry at 3330 Ricketts Point Road, please add line items to the pricing schedule for monthly bulk tank rental and telemetry.
Answer: The 3,000-gallon bulk liquid nitrogen tank located at Building E3330 (on the side facing the Beach Point Road and Senate Street intersection) is owned by Airgas.
Accordingly, the recurring monthly bulk tank rental and maintenance fees have been incorporated into the proposal sheet.
Question 03: Will the government provide the ship-to addresses for the Hawaii and Alaska locations? If not, we will have to respectfully no bid and take exception to the RFQ language "all applicable locations" due to the unknown scope of work and requirements for the unspecified sites.
Answer: Yes. The "Ship To" addresses for Alaska and Hawaii are as follows:
(a) Alaska:
Fort Richardson, AK 99506
Fort Wainwright, AK 99703
(b) Hawaii:
Honolulu, HI 96819
Schofield Barracks, HI 96857
