About this file
The document is a combined synopsis and solicitation for a Computed Radiography System procurement by the Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground. The solicitation (W91ZLK-25-Q-A018) seeks two commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) computed radiography systems for non-destructive inspection of ammunition and armor at Aberdeen Test Center. The systems must include high-performance table-top flatbed scanners with contactless plate transport, a high-performance computer, high-resolution monitor, and software with flash image enhancement and wall thickness measurement capabilities.
The procurement is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 334517, with a firm-fixed price contract approach. Vendors must submit proposals via email to Agnes Burke by 12:00 PM EST on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, with questions due by 4:30 PM EST on Monday, August 18, 2025. The government will use Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures, meaning the award will go to the lowest-priced offer that meets all technical specifications. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and include all required representations and certifications with their proposal.
