Radiation Dose Analyzer / X-Ray Diagnostic System

Q1. Where to send the quote?

A1. Email directly to Ronald Turing at ronald.h.turing.civ@mail.mil.

Q2. My company has no conflicts with any requirements listed in FAR 52.204-24. Will we need to fill out paperwork acknowledging the same?

A2. Yes

Q3. Is the customer requesting a specific Brand? Based on the specifications it appears to be a Radcal Survey Meter?

A3. We are requesting a product that meets the specifications.

Q4. Will an equal or better product be acceptable?

A4. Evaluation is based on specifications in the solicitation.

Q5. Would you have further details on the where and what specific applications that the survey meters will be used?

A5. Survey meters are for surveying high energy sources and x-ray systems. This meter will allow us to directly measure dose rate and exposure with ion chamber detectors. Some examples are the surveys we perform on x-ray systems for inspecting ammunition and the large conveyor belt CT and x-ray systems used to inspect baggage.

Q6. You are requesting a quote for 3 survey meters?

A6. Yes.
