1. What is the small business set aside $ threshold?
Based on NAICS code 811310 size standard is $7.5 Million.
2. For the pricing sheet titled “Schedule of Services” the estimated quantity is “1 Job”. Is this the price for one crane or a lump sum price for all of the cranes on the “density list” that meet a certain criteria i.e. Large Crane, Small Crane?
On the Schedule of Services the price is for all large cranes, then all small cranes on the list.
3. In the “Schedule of Services”, is the “density list” the same as the “2018 Crane inventory list”?
Yes the density list is the crane inventory list.
4. In the “Schedule of Services” item no.’s 7, 8, 9 : Are you looking for just hourly rates and a markup %?... I ask this because the PWS does not define a specific repair SOW or parts. It will be very difficult to give a price for a “Job” or a “Total Est Price NTE”. Repair and parts pricing can vary greatly depending on the crane and parts needed for the repair.
For items 7 and 8 please provide the per hour amount and for item 9 provide the percentage only.
5. In the “Schedule of Services” item no. 10: Do we leave this as is with $0 already filled in?
This line item is for Accounting for Contract Services The cost, if any, for providing this data shall be entered into the space provided at this CLIN. If no direct cost is associated with providing the data, enter "No Cost". Instructions, including the Contractor and Subcontractor User Guide, are available at CMRA (Contractor Manpower Reporting Application) website at:

6. For each Item No., we wanted to confirm that the Amount you need is the Annual amount and not the per Unit price for each of those Services. The amount is annual amount for that item No.
Item No. 0001-0006, 1001-1006, and 2001-2006 the amount is annual base on each year annually, 0007,0008, 1007, 1008, 2007. 2008 should be hourly rate with inflation for each year and 0009, 1009, 2009 should be the percentage with inflation for each year.
7. For 0007 Unscheduled Repairs/Regular Hours - are you just seeking the Hourly Rate $ amount? It would be very difficult to estimate a total Annual Unscheduled Repairs NTE amount as it would depend on each inspection findings.
Only need the hourly rate not annual. Per hour rate.
8. For 0008 Unschedule Repairs/Overtime Hours - same as above
Per hour rate only for overtime hours unscheduled only.
9. For 0009 Materials and Supplies - NTE: Is this line item for general PM and shop supplies or is this an estimate of the total Annual Parts needed for repairs? It would be very difficult to estimate an Annual total amount of parts needed to make repairs.
Only the percentage is required not annual amount.
10. For 0009 Materials and Supplies - Asks for a markup percentage for all materials. However in the statement of work, it notes that all parts must be invoiced per the vendor list price.
Only the percentage is required not annual amount. Please review section 3.3.5 REPLACEMENT PARTS/MATERIAL of the SOW.
