About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the National Guard Bureau's United States Property and Fiscal Office for Illinois on March 3, 2026, regarding the Illinois Army National Guard Qualified Recycling Program (QRP) for forklifts.

The document addresses two key inquiries from potential vendors. First, regarding warranty and maintenance requirements, the Government clarified that no additional maintenance agreement is required beyond the standard 12-month/2,000-hour full machine warranty and 36-month/6,000-hour powertrain warranty. Second, in response to a question about equipment condition, the Government explicitly stated that all forklifts must be new, and used forklifts will not be considered for award under this procurement.
