62 Option 2 for the bid form says it is for Directional Bore for all Utilities under Roadway. Is the term “Roadway” referring to North Loop Rd only?
The roadway is north loop road only.
63 Also for this Option 2, the sanitary sewer line crossing North Loop Rd is designed too flat to bore- we typically like to see 1% of pitch minimum on gravity piping. Also, existing utilities on the north side of North Loop Rd may interfere with being able to install the fire water & domestic water by directional boring also. Can we clarify our pricing for this Option to refer to which utility we are pricing to directional bore? Or if we can’t bore all of the utilities we should just write “No Bid”?
Bid as Specified. Refer to the Pre-Bid Meeting minutes in which it states "all items shall be priced even if $0.00."
64 Will we be allowed to take our excess excavated soil to an ANG designated location within the ANG property?
Soil shall be taken off of the installation.
File details come from the government source that posted it.
