The Contractor shall immediately provide any changes in this information to the LMR Manager. All personnel with privilege-level access to the JBLM LMR system must meet the security requirements of Army Regulation 25-2.

2.3.11 Routine (non-emergency) response (24 hours): A routine (non-emergency) response includes intermittent system issues, information questions, and upgrades/preventative maintenance. This is Severity Level 3 and represents a minor issue that does not preclude use of the system, sub-system, product, or critical features from a customer's perspective. It may also represent a cosmetic issue, including documentation errors, general usage questions, recommendations for product enhancements or modifications, and scheduled events such as preventative maintenance or product/system upgrades. The Contractor shall respond within 24 hours (next business day) of receiving such a request.

2.3.11.1 The clock will start as soon as JBLM NEC personnel call the Contractor help desk number [the 1-800 number provided upon contract award] or the Contractor’s local technician and T1 services have been restored by the NEC LMR Manager allowing for remote system access by the contractor. The clock will stop as soon as a technician is on the scene and begins the troubleshooting and validation process, or, if the problem can be worked remotely (e.g., remote resetting/reconfiguring a device), then the clock will stop as soon as the technician begins the troubleshooting, validation, and resolution process.
