1. Is there a previous incumbent to this solicitation? If so, would you please provide their contract number and award amount?

There is no incumbent for this solicitation.

2. Is this a Davis Bacon project?

No, this is not a Davis Bacon project.

3. What is going to be loaded into the bins?

This requirement supports a military exercise, as such, the materials likely will be mixed. We anticipate it will comprise mostly of paper products (cups, plates, cardboard, etc), plastics (packaging material), aluminum cans, and food waste from prepackaged meals (Meals-Ready-to-Eat).

4. Are we allowed to charge any tonnage overages and any other overages pertaining to roll-off/trucking?

This is a firm-fixed price contract, as such, any tonnage overages, or overages in general, must be factored into your pricing provided in the quote.

5. Do we use the excel sheet to enter the quote?

Yes, please use the excel sheet to enter your quote. There is also a space on the combined-solicitation document (B08 Solicitation – Refuse_Comb Synop Solicitation_Revisions Made.pdf), please fill this out as well.

6. “I’m interested in submitting a bid and would like to confirm you’d like everything submitted via email.”
