SECTION SF 30 - BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE
The following have been added by full text:
1. The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes to the solicitation:
a. Extend close date.
b. Update ordering period.
c. Make changes to PWS.
d. Provide updated price list attachment with changes.
e. Provide answers to vendor submitted questions.
f. Make changes to addendum to FAR 52.212-1 and addendum mto FAR 52.212-2.
2. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
Questions and Answers Q1. Subfactor 3: Prime BPA Holder's Prime Experience (Solicitation page 77) states, "The offeror shall provide evidence of prior experience in the following format: *Value of contract/project in USD for total amount."
Meanwhile, in 4.2. FACTOR II: PAST PERFORMANCE (Solicitation page 78), it requires "* Value of contract/project."
We request that this be unified to one format, either in USD or simply as *Value of contract/project.
A1: Updated both to “Total value of contract/project in USD”.
2. In Subfactor 4 - Key Personnel, regarding "The resume must clearly identify as required below" (Solicitation page 78), we request that the following two phrases be revised or deleted:
(1) Change "Length of contract/project (year/month/date-year/month/date)" to "Length of work experience (year/month/date-year/month/date)." This is because the title of the contract/project must be specified to indicate the period.
(2) We believe "Value of contract/project in KW for total amount" should be deleted because the title and number of the contract/project are not specified.
For your information, "Length of contract/project" and "Value of contract/project" are indicated in Prime BPA Holder's Prior Experience (Solicitation page 77) and PAST PERFORMANCE (Solicitation page 78). These two factors pertain to the contract company, not the resume details of the Key Personnel. Considering the above, we kindly request your position on these matters.
A2: Updated resume required information to: Length of qualifying work experience. Removed requirement for resumes to list: Value of contract/project.
