SUMMARY OF CHANGES
SECTION SF 30 - BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE
The following have been added by full text:
Question and Answer Question: Waste piled up with waste glass fibers is classified as mixed waste. The waste glass fiber in the attached photo cannot be treated as construction waste. After separate classification, it is necessary to estimate and process according to the designated waste.
According to Article 4-2 Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Waste Control Act, the waste glass fiber in question should go to the landfill as general business waste, not construction waste.
Answer: Glass fiber(유리섬유) that does not contain asbestos does not fall under designated waste (지정폐기물), and if it is generated from construction work that falls under Article 2, Item 4 of the Construction Industry Framework Act (건설산업기본 제 2조 4호) it falls under construction waste. In short, the glass fiber is construction waste.
First, the waste glass fiber is included in waste fiber so it is construction waste.
Second, please see the official and latest revision of guideline for treatment of construction waste.
