SECTION SF 30 - BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE
The following have been added by full text:
AMENDMENT 01
A. The purpose of this amendment is to response to questions received as below;
Q1. Is it cleaning the tank truck owned by a contractor for Item No. X004: Cleaning Tank?
A1) Yes, Contractor is resposible to clean its own tank truck.
Q2. Is it cleaning the government-owned Defense Fuel Support Point for Item NO. X005: Tank Bottom Removal? And, like the NO.X004, is it to remove sludge, solids, and contaminants from the Defense Fuel Support Point?
A2) When the bulk fuel tanks at DFSPs are required to clean, the bulk fuel tanks should be empty. At that time, on-spec fuel (according to the fuel sample test result from Pyongtaek laboratory) should be transferred to the other DFSP which installed the filtering system on the fuel receiving line. It takes more time to load fuel into the tank truck and offload fuel thru the fuel receiving line.
B. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remains unchanged.
