Note 1: The Fire Department trainer has a 946 liter tank to support their mission. The formula to calculate tank usage is as follows: 1Kg = 1.908 Liters of LPG. With this formula: [50Kg X 1.908] = 95.4 Liters/tank. The 95.4 liters/tank value will be used by the COR to verify tank usage for this facility. The COR/Contractor will also use standard rounding procedures for decimal places in order calculate final tank usage. So > .5(round up to the nearest whole number), and < .4 (round down to the nearest whole number).
Example: 8.6 would round up to 9. Conversely 8.4 would round down to 8.
Example: The contractor supplies 700 Liters of service. So 700L/95.4= 7.3 or 7 (50Kg bottles of propane)
