Additional Follow-up Questions Received
1. Section L, Volume 3 General and Price Response (page 32 of 36) asks Offerors to “Offerors are required to complete and submit Section K of this solicitation.”. Section K is not included in the original RFP nor Amended RFP document. Could the Government please confirm that Offerors are not required to submit Section K of the solicitation? Section K was left off erroneously and was added. See Section K on pages 2-4 of this document.
2. Section L, Addendum to 52.212-1 (page 29 of 36) states that “E-mail files may not be larger than 5 megabytes (MB). Multiple e-mails are acceptable.”. Due to the combined file size of the Letters of Commitment and the e-mail file size limit, may Offerors include the Key Personnel Resumes and Letters of Commitment together in a separate file (as an Appendix to the Technical volume, located in a separate Word/PDF file)? Multiple emails are acceptable.
These are the only changes.
Section K - Representations, Certifications, and Other Statements of Bidders

SURVEILLANCE SERVICES OR EQUIPMENT (NOV 2021)
