Summary of Changes
Portable Latrines
The below questions have been submitted in reference to the three portable latrines procurement. All other terms, conditions, and requests will remain the same unless superseded by the below red text.
The below red text will remove, add, or better explain the Statement of Objectives (SOO).
The below changes are reflected in the updated solicitation (W91QF4-23-Q-0006) and the updated SOO (Version 3).
1. Do any of them need to be ADA accessible?
One of the three should be ADA accessible.
2. Are all of the portable units being positioned in the one spot on the map?
Yes, all three portable units will be positioned next to each other as shown on the Goggle Maps attachment.
3. Do the units need to contain handwashing stations inside of them? In addition to paper supplies are soap dispensers needed?
Yes, there should be a provision for hand washing as well as soap dispensers whether that is inside the portable latrines or a separate unit positioned alongside at the location.
4. Is there a certain height requirement?
No; however, the portable latrine should accommodate adults up to 6’ 5”.
5. Is there a certain day of the week preferred for servicing, and what preferred hours?
Units should be serviced on Fridays between the business hours of 0800 and 1700.
6. The pricing sheet shows a quantity of 12, which I am assuming is monthly. Will billing be monthly or when services are rendered at a NET 30?
