About this file

This document contains questions from vendors and answers from the government regarding a solicitation for an Environment Research Fellow and Wargame Development opportunity with the US Army War College Center of Strategic Leadership. The solicitation seeks candidates with experience in scenario design for wargame development and prefers those with previous military experience. For the Environment Research Fellow work under Lot 1, the contractor may be required to travel up to three times to locations including the Kwajalein Army Garrison in the Marshall Islands and US resettlement communities, but this travel is not covered in the solicitation's $30,000 NTE travel CLIN. For the Wargame Developer work under Lot 2, in-person work is expected to be 90% or more, while remote work will be considered on a case-by-case basis and no travel is anticipated. Physical materials for wargames would not count against the solicitation's 35-page limit.

Answer: The items listed as examples above would be excluded from the page count.

Answer: No preference.

1. For Factor 2: Lot 1: Can the Government further define 'Several times over the period of the contract, the contractor may be required to perform work at the Center of Strategic Leadership (CSL), as requested and coordinated by the government.'?
