Key solicitation details include a site visit scheduled for June 3-6, 2025, mandatory US citizenship for vendor personnel, and a project completion deadline of 5 September 2025. Evaluation factors include technical capability, relevant past experience, proposed delivery schedule, and total price. Quotes are to be submitted to Tomeka.J.McNeely@usace.army.mil by 12:00 PM CDT on 30-July-2025, with award based on best value to the government considering all factors.
