1. Is the combined synopsis/solicitation, W91364‐19‐Q‐0005, a requirement similar to any work performed currently or in the past, or will this be a new requirement?
a. This is a new requirement. The OHARNG has previously hosted benefits symposiums, however, none were of this magnitude or at this location.
2. Is there flexibility with the end time of the event on Saturday, May 19th? Or does the group truly need until 1800 hours?
a. There is no flexibility on the 1800 requirement. We will need the space through 1800 to facilitate any after‐presentation questions and issues the Soldiers need to speak to the providers about.
3. Do all 1000 people need to eat lunch and be seated at the same time?
a. Yes, the group will all eat lunch at the same time.
4. If all 1000 people need to be seated at the same time, can they be divided between three close in proximity ballrooms?
a. Yes, the group can be fed in separate rooms as long as they have quick access to the vendor area.
5. Can we increase the radius to within 40 miles to include Cleveland area?
a. If no conforming quotes are received by the solicitation close date of 29 March 2019, we will be opening the radius.
6. Is there a particular set up for the childcare spaces? For example; gym equipment, sleeping mats, children desks, etc.
a. No. A separate childcare vendor will be contracted for this event. That vendor will be the lead in setting up the childcare rooms.
